Hi. Not sure if I have put this under the correct topic but, I was given a sick note by my doc the day before I was due to go on leave. My employer still made me use my leave even though I was signed off. Can they do this???? Thanx for any help.

I may not be correctbut , isn't there some new legislation going through or about to do , concerning being sick when holidays are due.?Am sure someone on here will be able to help on this .
