how do i get into a call centre wirh bad credit as i really need a job

i have switchboard experience and i am trying to sort my debts out as i am on a debt reduction plan and i want to get into a call centre as i think its an interesting career and i have been unemployed for a year and i am really fed up any ideas or if i get an interview do i tell them about my situation

its for a customer service advisor does switchboard experience count toward s that type of role

Any experience is useful. Switchboard experience seems relevant.although it depends on whether technical/product knowledge is needed also

i know they give six weeks training i an so grateful for your help thank you i think its for a moblle phone campaign for vodafone they do a lot more
