He theorised that satisfiers were Achievement, Recognition, the Work itself, Responsibility and Advancement. He also said that key dissatisfiers were Company policy and administration, Supervision, Salary, Interpersonal relationships and Working conditions.
A Hertzberg questionnaire presumably seeks to understand this for employees of an organisation - I've never seen one used in this way.
