You complain to the agency (or rather, he does). There is no excuse for not being paid - his contract is with the agency not the companies where they send him. What reason do they give for not paying him? Is it a well-known agency?

If he's been working for a while for the same company via the agency, he could always tip the word to the company - they are presumably paying the agency (plus fees) for his time, they need to know if the agency aren't passing the money on.

I'd also be inclined to say "no pay, no more work" if he can sign on with another agency?
i am with boxy on this....

Thanks guys. They blame him , when he first went with them and filled out he's details they missed read a number on he's bank account .
He has let them no the correct number lots of times . They have given me a date when they say he's money should be in if it's not then I will write them a letter telling them they have 14 days to put right or I'm taking them to s works tribunal for unlawful deductions of wages.
why can't your son do it?

With him being much younger than me I'm less likely to be fobbed off. But if it comes to a industrial tribunal then he can deal with it.
