If a member of staff works 37 hours per week over 4 days how many days holiday are they entitle to each year?

Whichever is greater- the statutory minimum or the company's holiday allowance
Almost all workers are legally entitled to 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year (known as statutory leave entitlement or annual leave).

So the statutory minimum for you is 5.6 weeks @ 4 days =22.4 days. This includes bank/public holidays

They cannot round the figure down to 22- they may leave it at 22.4 but may choose to round it up to 22.5 or 23 for simplicity
