You're probably better contacting them directly if you want a more up to date rate. Also can you program? Are you good at maths? Are you creative?

I am sure thousands of people (from all over the world) want to be an Apple designer (or work for Apple), so they can pick and choose only the best.

So you will have to really stand out from the crowd to get a job with Apple.

There are plenty of other companies that require designers so I would try to get a good degree and get a lot of experience in design and then you may find somebody (but maybe not Apple) may offer you a job.
