Estate Agency

I am currently completing my second year of sixth form, studying 3 A levels. After this I am very interested in looking into an Estate Agency career. I have work experience in a local estate agents from a couple of years ago and i have good references from the managers there. Does anyone have any tips as to what I should do next or perhaps could give me a little more information about this job?
