What is legally classed as full time hours as opposed to part time hours

According to the Government's own sources, there's no answer to that. But it doesn't make any difference these days in terms of employment rights anyway.

if everyone at the company works say a 35 hour week, anything less than that will be classed as 'reduced hours' or 'part time'

officially most companies class less than 16 hours as part-time, anything over that can be classed as full-time. most full time positions are for 39 hours a week.
