Job security for son
Son has been working for a building supplier since february the 4th,he has been issued a temperorary contract from the 25th february,he also on probation for 6months, he is getting annoyed with them though he is only contracted 40hrs, but does most saturday mornings every month, only ever having i morning off,I thought that if you have worked over 13 weeks you should be offered a permanent contract,they mess him about when he talks about his holidays as well upper management tending to make sure they get theres first, his wages arent true either but the woman that deals with wages say they are, anyway point being where does he stand when it comes to staying or getting finished this is in scotland by the way, thanks for any help!!!
