I am uneployed but have worked in the past so i do have unclaimed tax i was wondering if i am still able to claim it if so could you tell me how and when i can claim

What do you mean you have unclaimed tax, do you think you overpaid or something? Which tax year are you talking about?
If you have worked and paid tax in this tax year but are now not working you may be eleigible for a rebate of some tax. If you go on the HMRC website there is a form- P50 I think- that you can use to make a claim. You'll need to send a copy of your P45 too. But are you claiming job seekers allowance- as I think the tax side is sorted for you. The best bet is to ring your tax office
