Help urgently needed!!

Hi all
I am stuck on something here. Its for a job application which has to be in today in a few hours time!
I have to write a maximum of 100 words on the following:

Making well judged decisions.
Show how you make decisions which address the issues and are based on relevant facts.

Can anyone give me some tips on what to write?

yes yes I am giving personal examples but I need a rough idea of what to write and its for admin officer role
