Level 2 and Level 3 learners (education)

I have been told i will be presenting to level 2 and level 3 learners. Is this an age range or is it A Level/Btec qualification range?

I take it Level 1 is GCSE age?

It's nothing to do wirg age, its the level of qualification that someone holds.

Level 2 =
- GCSEs grades A*-C
- BTEC First Diplomas and Certificates
- OCR Nationals
- Key Skills level 2
- NVQs
- Skills for Life

Level 3 =
- A levels
- Advanced Extension Awards
- GCE in applied subjects
- International Baccalaureate
- Key Skills level 3
- NVQs
- BTEC Diplomas, Certificates and Awards
- BTEC Nationals
- OCR Nationals
