Just wondered what the hours and conditions are like, plus how they are as an employer.

I realise it varies from store to store. I'd be aplying for "shop floor colleague" post. Is the hourly rate the minimum wage, do they give you time off, pay extra for weekends & bank holidays? Staff discount etc? Thanks
