I have explained to my manager that I dislike most people regardless of sex, age, religion etc but apparently if she's got to go then so do I. I suspect this sort of training is pretty useless too. If you're not aware or are too ignorant to treat someone with respect simply because they're a fellow human being then going on a course like this is only going to irritate you further rather than make you think 'ahhh, we're different but it's ok' <eye roll>
Hopefully by whoever brings us up though, not on a customer services course. By then it is too late. In my opinion rude people who don't know how to deal with others just don't change. They shouldn't be in any jobs that have customer interface. No amount of training will change them
