Another grammar question

I've seen some sentences with an and after a comma, and some with not.

Here's a couple of examples of what I have seen. But which is correct?

A - My favourite films are 'Goodfellas', 'Apocalypse Now', and 'Raging Bull'.

B - My favourite films are 'Goodfellas', 'Apocalypse Now', and 'Raging Bull'.

A. My brother, my cousin and my uncle, all came with me to Ibiza last year.

B. My brother, my cousin, and my uncle, all came with me to Ibiza last year.

And can you give me some examples when to use a comma, and when not to use it.

That in itself is admirable, Limpy - we have been glad to help where we can, but the style of question is repetitve, which is why several look the same. A good grammar book would undoubtedly help you.

LimpyLionel - Maybe if you put your question in context people would be more willing to help you. Your questions just seem to be a bit random and haphazard, almost like it is some sort of test. Personally, I have real trouble with apostrohpes so I usually change the wording of the sentence to avoid using them.

Eccles cake <From a rather old memory the example I was given at school was a shopping list..
Milk, cheese, bread, and butter.
The comma was to distinguish between a loaf of bread and a pat of butter versus a slice (or slices) of buttered bread.>

I would suggest avoiding the problem by changing the order to: cheese, butter, milk and bread.

a comma in a list means and, you have one or the other the last one should be "and" and not a comma.
