Beck's suicidal intention scale reference

Hi all, was wondering if anyone could help me, I have talked about this in an essay I am doing and for the life of me cannot find an up-tp-date reference for the scale mentionned above. If anyone can help I would be extremely greatful xx

I know it's not recent, but if it's a seminal piece of work and hasn't been bettered, I would use it.

I've done some writing recently and some of my references are older than that - I've acknowledged that some of the references are long-standing but as long as they remain valid, you can't better them.
