Depends on the size of the concert venue, how many events are held annually, how much of the work is outsourced, how many staff said manager manages etc. THere's a big difference between the MEN Arena and the Carling Apollo - so I imagine the managers' salaries reflect that. Sorry that I'm not really helping.
