Scot Studying in Scotland
1 Answers
I'm 19, work part-time, earn around £8000 a year and live by myself renting privately. I've studied part-time once before at 17 but paid all of my tuition fees myself and didn't complete the course. I'm wanting to study full-time through the OU. A 3 year degree. Will I be exempt from council tax? Will I have to pay my tuition fees? Will my income tax change? Does distance learning even count as full-time?!! (I have emailed the scottish government and the OU; just waiting for replies.) Thanks!!! :)
