This is a really difficult q to answer without knowing of your personal circumstances - what job you do. Why you really want to leave. Where you want to go and why.
However, you don't want to moan about your existing firm and you want to make the new firm feel you would fit in. Possible ideas:
Practical reasons - partner relocating. Firm relocating. etc no longer practical to remain in old job. New firm has a great rep locally and you want to join.
Career development - you want to develop in direction X and there isn't scope for this in the old firm (if using this you have to make sure the new firm covers direction X)
You feel you have learnt all you can and due to size of the firm / others being very settled etc you are unlikely to be offered new opportunities and so want to move on.
You want a new challenge - if you worked in an established firm and the new firm is a new firm / expanding you could talk about wanting to be part of the development.
Alternatively if you are hoping to move to a larger more established firm say that you want to work somewhere with strong established practice that you can learn from.
If the new job involves more of anything such as strategy / customer interraction / IT etc etc say that you have an interest in that. Basically you are moving because the new job is better. Not that there is anything wrong with the old job.

Personal reasons can also be legitimate. If your old firm wants people to work late shifts and the new company doesn't then saying that you are aware you would struggle to fit this with your family commitments and so are looking for something where it won't become a problem is perfectly legitimate. Just don't moan about your current employers.
Or if you get the chance to talk up the new firm do. Say you are aware that they have strong family friendly policies / nursery / flexi time etc and that this is an added bonus to you and one that helps attract you to the role (it shouldn't be your only reason)
