Don't you have a text book with this information? It is very specialised.
You surely will have been taught this in your classes, or have it in a text book? Is this about employment selection?
List the resources you may need- aptitude tests, rooms, chairs, interview scripts, pens, PC, projector/screen...
Then think about how you'll use them and get them
blimey, they ask weird questions - i don't even understand what this one means
Job description, person specification, selection criteria, scoring matrix for each person on the panel.
Try this . . . ignore the little window which mentions viruses. This file is ok - guaranteed

boxtops this is not a lesson I take, its a business and admin NVQ. I just need to know what the question is trying to say as I seem to have answered it already, I've said what procedures are, I've said what documents I need
Ah OK, I know it's an NVQ but some people have study days with their NVQs, some don't - the ones we offer, you fill in your portfolio of evidence to meet the requirements of the unit, you don't have to answer specific questions in the way you're having to. Different model!
I googled your question and came up with this - http://www.sqa.org.uk/files_ccc/S228.pdf
Sorry, it's exactly the same thing as sir.prize's answer.

bednobs you should see the rest of the 100 odd questions lol
And one is 'explain what is meant by plain english'
things like booking the room, requesting additional equipment, telling the candidates what to bring and what they will be expected to do, briefing the panel, ordering coffee, ensuring that there is water and glasses. Arranging a waiting area for the candidates, telling reception who is coming and what to do with them or arranging a greeter. Booking the panel and getting their manager's permission if needed. CHECKING that it will all happen. Arranging for it all to be cleared away afterwards.
In real life its often these "duh" bits that fall down.

woofgang Thank you thats the sort of thing I had written anyway in most of the other questions -

- Clarify the selection processes used in the organisation and their role in those

- Explain the administrative support needed for different types of selection processes

So when I got to this question it threw me. But I have just put same kind but worded differently. Sent now so cant change it now.

I did some NVQ support for NHS rehab support staff a few years ago. The questions broke the stuff down into mind numbing detail. We got the impression that they were trying to "stretch out" material to fill each section.

well it only makes it mind numbing for them to read then lol
