maternity pay

i know for the first 6 weeks of maternity leave you get paid 90% of your average weekly wage, i get paid monthly (per calander month). the 15th week (qualifing week of child birth) before my child is born is 5th june 2005 my next pay day is not untill 30th june. does that mean my average weekly wage will be worked out from my previous pay statements (april and may) can you tell me please?
