Rise above it. Just be very focussed on the work. Become their hardest, friendliest worker they've ever had and don't take part in the staff politics. Spend all your spare time looking for a better job with more pay in a better place. Your enthusiasm and friendly outlook will come across at the interview for the job you really want to get so it won't matter you...

Well first thing I'd do, is start looking for another job! It aways seems easier to find one while you're in employment. Or could you take evening classes or something to get some better qualifications? Or check you might be eligable to have your rent paid etc, if you want to go back to full time education. Meanwhile when you are at work, try and grin and bear it, keep thinking it's only temporary, a stop-gap until something better comes along

Your enthusiasm and friendly outlook will come across at the interview for the job you really want to get so it won't matter you didn't stay long at this place. Employers know people move on for all sorts of reasons. If you move on over and over again with short periods in each place eventually you might get someone say "your CV looks quite 'busy'!" ( a euphemism for 'dodgy'!) - but someone only said that to me after I'd moved on a dozen times - and I still got the next job! You'll find something better. There's always something better.
which field do you have experience.
