Were Do I Stand With My Boss N Redundancy Pay

My boss has just told me they r not re newin my contract in July does any 1 no how i stand with redundancy pay??

Two questions:

1) Are you an employee of the company (and not classified as a 'worker' because you are contracted through an agency or some other contractual arrangement)

2) Have you worked there continuously for at least 2 years.

If the answer to both questions is 'yes' you are probably entitled to a redundancy payment.
