How Did Naga City Camarines Sur Improved Their Poverty ?

Im doing a research paper. its an Extended essay and i want to get other responses from people all over the world. My research paper is about the poverty in naga city in camarines sur

im looking at how naga city was in 1990 and how it is now in 2013.

I will be talking about education, hunger and poverty and how it improved during those years.

so if i can have your opinion about naga city's poverty it would be great.

Someone should say, stuazon, that this is a site based in the United Kingdom. Going off the comments already made, very few people will have heard of Naga. I certainly hadn't.
