I have read those answers and i think i understand them. This is what i have writte upto now. It needs more iformation ut i cant find the words. This is what my assessor said exactly 'For example if you where angry that could make others angry and so on'

The way I behave can have an impact on the behaviour of others around me. For example if I am friendly and polite towards others it will impact upon the way they behave towards me. A smile brings a smile. If my behaviour is negative for example I am angry towards others those around me will pick up on this and act negative towards me and possibly others.

and none of this will be worth a tinkers cuss if you behaviour doesn't include knowledgeable and efficient service!
