i think you need to spend a bit longer finding out more about the jobs you list - it all seems a bit disjointed, vague and random.
you cannot claim to be teaching kids about something when its clear you dont know much about it yourself - and avoid making firm statements when they are simply not true.
sorry to say i think most kids would be a bit bored and come away no better informed or excited from this as it stand so far.
you need to try to capture the essence of the job - explain what they 'actually' do, their lives, how it happens etc - and dont assume the child has any prior knowledge.
theres is no limit to length with ebooks so do your research and plan it out and make it something parents and kids will recommend as a way to help their child have ideas for the future
i notice all these jobs are top ones high flying ones - how about some more realistic jobs? - not all kids will get jobs like that - how about giving them something they may actually have a chance at being? make that sound exciting for them.
instead of giving them dreams the probably wont fulfill and feel a failure because of it.
i think many parents wont like this because they will worry their child will just be disappointed when it doesn't happen - talking about actors salaries etc is unnecessary and unhelpful.
you also need to learn to write more fluidly, and proof this properly - a lot of mistakes. maybe take some classes or read some study books
why not also add some ways to actually make these jobs happen? links to useful websites, good books they can read further on, organisations that can help them?
sorry i couldn't be more positive, but don't give up, you just need to spend a lot more time on this if you hope to sell and make it the best you can.

was thinking about this again today and thought of a few great jobs you could add to this - that don't imply only the top job will do - film crew - stagehands, producers, prop makers, special effects, make up artists, etc
or sound engineers, event promoter, a PA - there are loads you could choose
i know you have presented this as 'dream jobs' but these are more realistic and are also dream jobs for many
