Has Anyone Had Any Dealing With Canada Life?
2 Answers
A work colleague has asked me to help him. Basically he's off sick, and is due a welfare visit. However included in this, is a form that they say must be signed. The form is to allow Canada life to become involved, in his health issues. Upon signing of this form he relinquishes all rights to his treatment and return to work too canada life. Surely this should'nt be the case? If he chooses not to sign and continue under the advisement of his own gp, this should be okay should'nt it. He essentially just does'nt want a third party becoming involved, especially ones who seem to be more geared up for his employer than himself.

He must know more about the scheme. I suggest that he discusses it with his home visitor (or, beforehand, with his HR department) to find out more about this http:// www.can adalife .co.uk/ group/i nform.a sp
