hello, I just like to ask if I can work/do 2 jobs....what I mean is that I work 7 days a week, 1 full time job & 1 part time job, I pay tax on both so that's ok, but can someone say I can,t work the hours?? Full time hgv fitter, part time hgv driver....if you want more info just ask....advance thanks..

Are you self-employed? In other employment, we had to sign to say if we were happy to work over 60 hours. With hgv driving, they have their own limits but you'd know more than me about that. Hopefully, someone will come along and give a definitive answer, but i certainly know many (including myself at times) that work far more than full-time hours.
OH says no, this is his line of business. It'll be affected by the Working Time Directive (max 48 hours a week) and as an HGV driver, you'll know that 2 out of 3 weeks cannot exceed 90 hours in total. HGV fitters must have 24 hours off in a week. Overgo those hours and you'll lose your HGV licence.
