change of career advice

I currently work as a customer  services advisor in Brighton, however, I have worked in customer services on a telephone for 17 years now since I left school, i want to retrain with similar traits to this sort of work, as I dont dislike my job but just need to change, I'm not interested in the bureaucrasy of management, does anyone know a good website where via elimination I can find out what i'd enjoy doing thats similar, I want something that is generally in demand and not too tricky to find vacancies.
