What is the hours and entitlement of a full time employee?

Where an employee works irregular hours, their statutory holiday entitlement can be calculated on an hourly basis, as 12.07% of the hours worked. See 'Casual workers' here, for an explanation of how that figure is arrived at:

(You can ignore the fact that the link is for Northern Ireland. The same rules apply throughout the whole of the UK).
So if you've worked 646 hours you're entitled to 12.07% x 646 hours of holiday = 77 hours 58 mins.

Thanks guys...This might sound abit weird, but I have asked how much holiday I should get & the answer I keep getting is "ok we will let you know" but they don,t..I know you lot can say give your job up..but it pays the mortgage (even thou its part time) + again you could disagree with this next comment "they are a good company to work for, it suits me around my main job..so that's why I don,t want to give up..
