5 or 6 depending on responsibilities. Oddly enough, despite A4C supposedly evening thigs out, it will also depend on which area you are working in

In the nhs trust I work for p.a. To exec director is a band 4! The p.a. To chief exec is band 5! I feel it should be a band 5 if you are a p.a to exec team.
I think I have seen 1 advert for a band 5 p.a. To exec team x
