Anyone Early Years Art Teacher's out there?

I am starting a new job/career tomorrow...as an early years art teacher...I know it's going to be hard work. Can anyone offer any advice?

Try www.tes.co.uk, it's the Times Educational Supplement page and they have discussion board specifically for NQTs etc. I teach but not early years... my main advice is be prepared, and always have something 'up your sleeve' as a time filler if things don't work, or they get through tasks quicker than you expected.
