Are there any estate agents out there?? Is the basic around £15000 and what is the genuine expectation for commission each month please?

Impossible to average, as very dependant on the company.
Basic could be around your figure with possible earnings maybe 4x this figure or even more, sometimes capped.
These companies are heavily geared, meaning their salary plus commission bill is a big proportion of the overall income.
That's why the jobs get slashed in a period of low sales activity - like now.
