A sub forum of the 'Immigrants' topic ?
I feel like it will be very popular. Phrases like "Why should I pay for you?" and "You're just workshy!" and so on.
It should be as popular as George "Integrity" Whitebread's therapy groups!

seriously I think its a good idea....maybe under law and to cover practical advice on all kinds of what might be called “social financial” issues, including child support stuff.....PROVIDED that we have the expertise on here to give sensible factually accurate answers.
You can normally find anything you want to do with benefits on this site

https://www.gov.uk/browse/benefits/entitlement
I have seen statements such as "you can't claim JSA for six weeks if you walk of of a job" "you can't claim JSA for six months if you leave a job voluntarily" and various periods in betweenl, all said with certainty and I have pointed out the errors no end of times.

Unfortunately, some folk THINK they know the rules and give out advice based upon personal experience or someone they know but it is rarely applicable to all circumstances and I reckon a fair few folk have missed out on benefits as a result of duff advice.
