Getting Out of Sales!!!!!

I have been in car sales for a while about 4 years both in fleet and retail. I am sick of selling, the hours, the product, the attitude etc etc. I have also had 2 years service experience, would like to be also in the motor trade.

Can anyone help me think of something I can do where by I can earn 22k+? I'm really open to options but would like to have a mostly or totally non-commission based position. Any ideas gratefully received! I have posted this q beforebut to a limited response. X

what about a customer services manager position - most of the big dealerships seem to have them, and whenever I see them advertised they want people with motor trade experience, which you obviously have, but they're out of the direct sales firing line. I don't know about the salary though, I suppose it depends whereabouts in the country you are and the car manufacuturer
