I would just sit at home and go through the different tuition functions that these programmes offer. The 'Help' sections will show you how to use them, and basically I would just explore any interactive tools they offer. Don't panic too much, they want to know if in 'Word' you can write a letter and save it, and in 'Exel' you can use a cell to influence the contents of another cell. Macros and things are all very nice, but not normally necessary in the recruitment sector.
