When have you done things differently?
4 Answers
Man I hate this question. I have two interviews coming up, but both job specs say "not afraid to do things differently"... i.e. they're bound to ask this! Now, as someone who's finished uni and had one measly part-time job (not a particularly creative one!) what the hell can I say?

You could answer that as you are new to the field, you will bring a fresh approach and energy. You could even joke (if things are going well) that you are likely to do many things differently as you learn the job. The point is to give an honest answer and play up your strengths. In this case I think your lack of experience - and so, fixedness - could be a plus if you sell it as one.
Good luck with it.
