My company is going to write an article about Australian mummy bloggers (You can say they' are going to give them a tribute or a little appreciation)and We have to approach them via email. How should we can write a email about it?

We would be grateful if you will share your little bio with us and a short message for those women who wants to start a blog.

Unsure what you mean by "appreciate", maybe reword that bit ?
Rather than "have selected you to" maybe "hope you will agree to". It's less controlling, more a request.
Do run a spell check.
Would rather than will
...and maybe a short message. Needs to be a request/favour.
