Hello! Hope you are well. i need your little help. Actually i was going to send an email to a website owner that we are interested to translate his web page into Arabic. I have wrote an email, kindly help me, if there is any mistake.

I would change "So, we intend to translate" as that makes it sound like you are going to do it anyway.

I would say "If you wish, we can translate"
