Someone contacted on our Facebook and he wants to avail our services. But his Facebook profile name is "Undertaker" :D
Now my boss is asking me to know his real name.. how can I ask him politely about his real name?

This may not be relevant, but "Undertaker" may be a rather strange pseudonym to use. This is because an undertaker is a person who arranges funerals.

I just went and searched on facebook and found a famous wrestler called Undertaker. His real name and so on are very well known.
