You've stated work stress, which can be caused by things like bullying, work overload or lack of training making you feel incapable of doing your job. None of these are the fault of the employee, are often out of the control of the employee and therefore can, and should, be dealt with by the employer. I

im sorry joko, but getting answers on here for 3rd year degree coursework assignment is hardly my idea of a decent mark, but i like the sarcasm, not only is it the lowest form of wit but also used by repressors. if u would like some homework sites for yourself im sure u can ask a few school kids.
Employers are responsible under the Health And Safety At Work Act 1974, to ensure not only the physical welfare of staff but also the psychological welfare, it`s covered in Section 2 of the act
