abbeyleigh, I have a small business and employ approximately 6 -7 young people depending on needs.
Most of the people I employ work hard and keep their promises. They honour their commitment to the job, and I appreciate that and respect them. I treat them well, and If they need time off and they ask me for it, they get it. I don't quibble with them, and I have never felt that they have taken advantage of that.
But i would not want you working for me. You are devious, unreliable, untrustworthy and show no commitment to your job.
You would not last five minutes.
Try to learn how to be reliable, trustworthy, and committed to the promises you have made regarding your job contract.
You will find that people will respect you more and you will be given better opportunities in life.
It's a lesson worth learning.
