Have you failed this probation or a previous one? Your previous post did not say you had failed. You need to ask your supervisor to explain properly what you are doing well and where and how are you failing. Abbeyleigh, you've not been particularly happy, for all sorts of reasons, in any of the last few jobs. Maybe you should sit down and work out exactly what kind of work you would like to do, could see yourself making progress in and so on? You could then work towards applying for those, seeing if you need to get a few qualifications, acquire certain skills etc.
