You maybe become anxious which in turn makes you feel Ill?
It's a polite way of saying it would be better for both parties if you found another job that your more suited to
Bob...it seems an unusual and unconventional way to say it. A bit alarming.
That's what I thought. Could it be taken that one should get a doctor to sign off for sickness rather than be fired? Have you failed this probation or a previous one? Your previous post did not say you had failed. You need to ask your supervisor to explain properly what you are doing well and where and how are you failing. Without fully understanding what you are doing wrong you cannot correct your perceived failings
Maybe Abbey brings out the 'unusual and uncoventional' in people.

He said I was lacking energy and not sure if it is for me
Ah, they mean buck your ideas up or move on.
What kind of work have you been doing Abbey?
Abbeyleigh, you've not been particularly happy, for all sorts of reasons, in any of the last few jobs. Maybe you should sit down and work out exactly what kind of work you would like to do, could see yourself making progress in and so on? You could then work towards applying for those, seeing if you need to get a few qualifications, acquire certain skills etc.

its true that you can become ill if you hate your job and dread going in or come home always worrying about your day... but are there any bits of work you do enjoy and feel your good at
Abbeyleigh , this could be a wake up call , you’re young, think of what you’d like to do job wise and find out what it takes to do it, you can set yourself a goal to achieve whatever you want to

It wasn't to far to get to and boring
Did you like being a dental nurse? You could try it again and work towards getting the dental nurse qualifications
Or what’s the job that you liked?
Are there any jobs, any areas you've worked in that you particularly liked? It must be quite a while now since you left school, maybe something you tried years ago will look more interesting, more likely as a career, now?
