Why Might This Job Still Be Advertised?

I've applied for this job and it says expected start date is 31st July and it still advertised for people to apply why could that be?

I guess the advert was placed awhile ago and hasn;t been filled... or they used/tweaked an old one and didnt spot the date

The bigger question is 'Why have you applied for it?' abbeylee. You have recently been advised by so many people that you need to build up a stable employment history. It's only a few weeks since you started your last job!
To answer your question - possibly they feel that none of the applicants so far is suitable.

Yes I like but they failed my probation then I found they replaced me before hand with an ex employee

Its hard to keep up I know jourdain , but abbey failed her probation in her last job and was released a couple of weeks ago

must admit jourdain...I cant remember whether the recent job loss was a ware house/production job or the dental receptionist one, I know it wasnt Mcdonalds, that was earlier
