Will Work Think Of Even More Of A Reason To Reduced My Hours?
So yesterday I had to go sick as I had a seizure last night and I've gone home sick before then had a seizure and they said after 3 sicks get discipline so means if I go sick again that what they'll do or could see me as unreliable even more of an excuse to keep my hours reduced. Only in a few weeks there's one full shift for one day.

You've said you've never had a contract, when you started it was 10 hours a week, then you had a couple of months of 37 hour weeks, then these were reduced to 24... then reduced again. You said the company were cutting hours, cutting overtime etc, and I think it applied to more employees, not just you.
I agree with Prudie - you really need to get a check up with your own doctor with these seizures occurring so regularly now. Maybe the stress of trying to hold down a full time job is too much for you Abbey and if so you need to get your doctor's advice. I worry that you tend to not want to tell anyone the truth of what is happening in your life and are always trying to sort things on your own. Make a doctors appointment and seriously talk to him/her and open up about ALL your problems with the more regular seizures and trying to concentrate at work, always having hours reduced because they don't think you can cope etc.

You are protected by employment laws even with less than two years employment because epilepsy is considered to be a disability if it "greatly affects someone's ability to do everyday activities (such as concentrating or remembering things), over a long period of time."
Did you tell your employer that you had not had a seizure for a long time and the epilepsy is well controlled and doesn't affect your ability to work?

as for trying to blame your seizures on your reduced hours that's just going to get you sacked.
Do you have any proof that you are having fits? Are you seeking medical help? You previously claimed you hadn't had a fit in over 3 years.
Have you notified DVLA?
Abbey, yes, you could tell them that you haven't 'been the same since my hours were cut back' - and you could add that this wasn't an issue in your last two jobs when your hours were cut back, even when that was done permanently (unlike in Selco, which did say they might be able to offer more hours later). I know you were expecting to be working 37 hours and did that for a bit (until Selco felt you weren't coping), but I don't think you ever had that confirmed officially?
