Why Would Anyone Have A Leasehold?

If a full time person was entitled to 20 days holiday, what would someone working 3 days a week (Mon, Tues, Wed) be entitled to? Bearing in mind Bank Holidays.

Buenchico, your response is concise but I'm still confused! I agree the Bank Holidays should be taken into consideration, but if I was working full time I would have 20 days plus the 7 or so Bank Holidays added, not taken away as I seem to working part time. I feel a bit short changed here! If I'm only entitled to 5 after the bank holidays it would mean a 2 week holiday taken over a bank holiday would be the end of my holiday entitlement! : - (
no point in querying until you have your contract - which will need to be signed to say you agree.
if the employer does not take holiday from any other members of staff for bank holiday then they should not and probably will not treat you differently.
the number of days holiday will probably be worked out pro rata (so 12 days)
