that's not how workplaces like that work, people come and go. Why should they be persuaded to stay when you can get another driver/cleaner/checkout operator easily
Abbey, I think you should stop wasting your time worrying about non-essential things (such as who said what in Selco, who wouldn't care that you're leaving, and about what a dog did months ago) and settle down to doing all you can to get a real, proper, full-time job. Do you keep copies of the applications you've made or even just jot down details of places you're applying to? Your last post doesn't really make sense or explain what your problem is.
