I am a qualified beautician with retail experiences. I would like to work as a beauty consultant( counter staff) for one of the major cosmetic comapnies.Any advice on how to get do that????

Have you thought about doing Avon? A lot of the girls are beauty trained and offer beauty services to their customers using the Avon products...just an idea. http://avongirlz.co.uk is a good like if you are interested

Produce a good CV and visit some of the places where you'd like to work, ask for the manager ask if their are vacancies and if not ask if they would keep your CV on file. Visit some of their websites too where they sometimes have vacncies listed.
