Almost certainly yes, but it's difficult to know how to help you without knowing the extent of your mobility problems.

If you are mostly mobile but with some restrictions you should look for home based jobs regardless of your disability. Under the Disability Discrimination Act you and your potential employer should consider between you what adjustments if any would need to be made so you could work for them.
