How many days can you use a self certificate form when you are off sick?Do you have to give it to them on your first day back?

Self-cert forms are for 7 days (incl weekends). You should give it to your employer asap to ensure you get your entitlement to sick pay.

Over 7 days and you will need to see a doctor to sign you off.
